Kevin Durant the Basketball Superstar who plays for OKC is being sued in Federal Court by a Guitarist named Mark Durante.
Mark claims that Mr.Durant is using his Trademark nick name "Durantula" without authorization and as a result, he is losing a lot of money in T-Shirts and other Merchandise sales.
