According to TMZ and court documents, Keyshia Cole's husband Daniel Gibson turned himself into authorities yesterday and was charged with allegedly breaking someones Jaw.

Gibson who plays for the NBA issued a statement say "Its unfortunate that some see opportunity in taking advantage of people who work hard for what they have.
