The two LA Police Officers that allegedly leaked Rehanna's Battered and Bruised up face after her Chris Brown Beat Down won't be charged.
The District Attorney said that after a three year investigation, the evidence was inconclusive and for that reason, no charges will be filed against the two Officers.
