A Malibu Landlord is suing Rap Artist Tyga claiming the Rapper has stop paying his $16,000 per month rent and is acting like a Squatter by continuing to live in the Malibu Mansion Property.
A Rep for Tyga said he gave the Landlord Gholamreza Rezai a 30 day Notice indicating that he was vacating the property.
