The promoting Company Cahuenga Inc sued Lil Wayne and Drake for $432,337.00 stating that the Young Money Rappers failed to appear at an event back in 2011.
Both Rappers denied the allegations saying that they never signed any legal documents indicating that they would appear or perform for the Company filing the lawsuit.
A default judgement against the two Rappers worth well over $400,000.00 was awarded to Cahuenga Inc because Wayne and Drake failed to appear in court to answer the allegations.
