Lindsay Lohan was hospitalized after the black Porsche that she was driving collided with an 18 wheeler truck on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica.
Lindsay and her assistant was taken to LA Hospital where the two of them were currently being treated, the vehicle was completely totaled.
