According to TMZ, Music Producer Memphitz Wright AKA, Memphitz Beats has filed a Lawsuit against  the Love & Hip Hop Reality Star K. Michelle and VH1 for defamation of Character.
Michelle said that she is standing by her story and insist that Mr. Wright allegedly
"Beat Her Ass" on several occasions while they were in a relationship.
