The Legendary Hammer Time Rapper was Arrested in Dublin CA and charged with obstruction. 

MC Hammer said he was just sitting in his car when a Police Officer tapped on his window and allegedly said "Are You On Parole or Probation".

Apparently MC Hammer didn't respond to the Officer quick enough and so he was arrested and released.
