Marcus Jordan, the son of the Legendary Michael "Air" Jordan was arrested in Omaha NE.
The Omaha Police Department said that an off duty Police Officer who was working Security observed Marcus engaged in a verbal altercation.
The Officer said he tried to calm things down but Marcus was intoxicated and unwilling to cooperate.
Additional Officers were called to the scene and Marcus was arrested and charged with Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Obstruction.
He was charged and released on the same day.
