According to our sources close to the situation, Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch said that the police Officer whom shot inside of a moving vehicle as caused the death of one year old Kohen Wiley was justified and no criminal charges will be filed.

The shooting took place in the parking lot of Walmart and started when the Memphis Police was responding to call of a shoplifter who allegedly stole pampers, no charges were ever filed against the women.
