James Holmes the alleged shooter in the Colorado Movie Theater appeared in court today and his demeanor was pretty bizarre.
James kept stretching his eyes wide open and falling asleep while the Judge was talking.
Carol Chambers from the District Attorney's Office did not say whether she would impose the Death Penalty against Mr. Holmes during her News Conference.
According to Court documents, he will be charged with First Degree Murder for killing 12 people inside the Colorado movie theater.
