According to the New York Post, Court documents indicates that Chris Brown and Drizzy Drake are both named as Defendants in the Lawsuit stemming from the Bar Room Brawl on

The Plaintiff believe that both men were responsible for the injuries they sustained when they ordered their Body Guards to go and take care of business.
