Tony Parker, the San Anthonio Spurs point guard has filed a lawsuit in the State of New York Supreme Court on Thursday.
The lawsuit alleges that the club provided the alcohol that contributed to the intoxication of the individuals involved in the W.I.P Nightclub brawl.
Mr.Parker suffered an eye injury that resulted in him not being able to participate in the French National Basketball Team Competition.
