According to the LAPD, the "One Life To Live" Soap Opera Star Scott Evans who played Officer Oliver Fish was arrested for allegedly trying to by Drugs from an undercover Police Officer.
Mr.Evans was later bailed out of jail and posted on his Facebook page saying "Most Ridiculous Night Of My Life In LA So Far, At Least I Made It A Year Before Getting Arrested".
