According to Court Documents, A South African Court charged Oscar Pistorius the Olympian Blade Runner with Premeditated Murder for killing his Girlfriend.

The Blade Runner insisted that he allegedly shot her 3 times by accident while she was in his bathroom.

He said he thought it was an intruder.
