According to our sources close to the situation, Music Mogul P Diddy alleges that the Judge presiding over his case crossed the line when he sentenced him to 50 months in prison and said he will file a new appeal in court.

Diddy's attorney Alexandria Shapiro said the Judge was acting like the 13th Juror when he handed down that "draconian" sentence.
