According to our sources close to the situation, Music Mogul P Diddy was presented with a plea deal by the Federal Prosecutors and was asked by the Judge if he rejected the written offer, P Diddy replied "yes I did" your honor.

The Judge also informed the Music Mogul that if he's convicted, he could spend more time in prison.
