According to sources close to the situation, the Custodial Support Foundation allegedly put out a report a few days ago alleging that R Kelly was a deadbeat dad because he was behind in his child support payments.

The CSF has now retracted their statement and is saying Mr.Kelly was never behind in his child support payments.
