According to our sources close to the situation, Rap Artist Benny the Butcher was shopping at a local Walmart when 5 men approached him and his crew in a vehicle and demanded that Benny give up his gold chains, apparently Benny didn't move fast enough and so one of the would be robbers allegedly shot Benny in the leg and ran off.

Benny the Butcher also ran off and notified the police who had the rapper taken to a local hospital were he was treated and released.
