According to the NY Post, Rap Artist Capone was arrested in his New Jersey Home and charged with Child Support Evasion.
Court documents indicate that he only made three payments in the last eight years.
Capone was released on a $10,000 Bond and was ordered to pay $1,500 a month until his daughter turns 21 years old.
