According to our sources close to the situation, Rap Artist Juelz Santana was involved in a vehicle accident and posted the pictures on his social media platform. The rapper took a selfie of his nose and cheek that showed a nasty scrap from the accident, Juelz said he's doing ok but, still in a lot of pain.
