According to TMZ and other sources close to the situation, Rap Artist Lil Boosie allegedly said he almost died 3 to 4 times from drinking codeine cough syrup aka "Sizzurp".

He also said, he's glad they decided to pull that product off the shelves because so many rappers are addicted to it.
