Rap Artist Lil Scrappy won't be charged with a crime after a member of his security team punched a guy in the face after he tried to jump up on the stage while the rapper was performing, the decision not to prosecute came from a Judge and a Columbus Ohio Police Sergeant that said the man was trespassing and had to be stopped.
