According to our sources close to the situation, Rap Artist Nicki Minaj is complaining that her promotion budget from her record label is too low and will decrease the chances of her album "Pink Friday 2" becoming successful.

Nicki also said that 275K budget is not enough to accommodate her hotel, transportation and food expenses.
