According to the Broward Sheriff's Department, Rap Artist Offset was allegedly shot by an associate of Rap Artist Lil Tjay. Police said Lil Tjay directed one of his associates to start a fight with Offset and his people at the Hard Rock Casino in Florida and moments later one of Tjay's associate pulled out a gun and opened fire.
