According to the LAPD Police Chief Michael Moore, Rap Artist PNB Rock post on Instagram may have led to the rappers death at the Roscoe's House of Chicken & Waffles. The Chief said the rapper being shot and killed occurred soon after his post was tagged on the social media platform.
