According to Baton Rouge Police Department, Rap Artist Webbie was arrested and charged with Battery and Robbery for allegedly kicking a woman down the steps and stealing $340 out of her purse.
A Rep. for the Rap Artist said his client knew the woman and said he was only retrieving his money back that she had stole from him.
Webbie was released on a $9,000 Bond.
