According to TMZ and other sources close to the situation, R&B Singer Chris Brown was kicked out of the Malibu Rehab Center for allegedly throwing a Brick through his mothers car window.

The same sources said Chris Brown mom allegedly got him upset when she suggested that he should stay in rehab for an additional period of time.

The Judge has now ordered Chris Brown to do 90 more days in rehab and submit to a drug test.
