Jared Loughner, has Pled Guilty to attempted assassination of a Federal Employee, 1 count of 1st degree murder of a Federal Judge, 1 count of 1st degree murder of a Federal Employee and 4 counts of 1st degree murder.
In all, Mr. Loughner has agreed to spend 7 Life sentences behind bars for his criminal act on January 8, 2011, when he killed 6 people and shot Rep. Gabrielle Giffords in the head.
