The Atlanta Georgia Rapper, Roscoe Dash took to Twitter and stated that he allegedly wrote
"To The World" for Kanye West and wasn't included in the Credits.
Roscoe said he did this as a favor and never expected Mr. West to cut him out of the Picture.
