The West Coast Rapper, Snoop Dogg was detained by the Agder Police Department for being in possession of 8 Grams of weed at the Airport.
According to Norway's  Law Enforcement Officials, 15 Grams or less of weed is considered a violation and not a crime.
Snoop paid $1,980.13 in fines and then released In time for his midday performance.
