By Submitting your Video, you hereby Grant whatshotinhiphop.com and its parent Company, What’s Hot In Hip Hop LLC the Irrevocable Rights and License to duplicate, broadcast, exhibit, exploit and transmit the Video as well as allow whatshotinhiphop.com to grant sublicenses to third parties to duplicate, transmit, broadcast, exhibit and exploit the video on the Internet, Television, in Magazines, on Mobile Platforms and any other Media Platform throughout the World. By submitting your Video you agree that whatshotinhiphop.com Shall Not be required to make any payment to you or anyone else in exercise of the rights granted in this agreement, and you acknowledge that you shall receive consideration in the form of promotional placement of your video on our website. You affirm that you created the video submitted yourself or have received the Legal Rights and Authority from the person who created the Video to grant to whatshotinhiphop.com full and unrestricted rights to the video, and that our exercise of such rights shall not constitute an infringement of any copyright, civil, personal or property rights of any third party. If you are submitting a Music Video, you represent that you have full and exclusive authority, permission and License from all copyright holders in the visual and musical works you submit to whatshotinhiphop.com. Because copyrights in musical works can be complicated, be advised that whatshotinhiphop.com maintains licenses with BMI, SESAC and ASCAP in order to ensure that all copyright holders in musical works get compensated appropriately. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, whatshotinhiphop.com shall have no obligation to publish market or post your video because it was submitted. With respect to all videos that are published or posted on our website, we reserve the right to remove the video at our discretion and we will give no Refunds or Compensation. You hereby agree that you will indemnity whatshotinhiphop.com, its Employees, Officers and Agents from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from any breach or alleged breach of any terms, warranty or condition of this agreement, or from any claims or infringement or alleged infringement arising from your Video and/or Audio that was submitted.
