According to our sources close to the situation, Music Mogul P Diddy aka Teflon Sean just won another lawsuit against him, a Judge just threw out a claim that Sara Rivers from "Making The Band" filed a few months ago.

The Judge dismissed the charges with prejudice which means the lawsuit can't be filed again.
