The former Champion Hector "Macho" Camacho was shot in the face while sitting in his car.
The shooting took place in his hometown of Bayamon in San Juan Puerto Rico.
The person who was sitting in the car with Camacho was killed.
The Doctors are saying Mr. Camacho could be paralyzed from the neck down because of the injuries he sustained.
