President Obama signed a US and Afghanistan Strategic Partnership Agreement and vowed to work together and fight against terror so that everyone throughout the world can live in peace.
The President also surprised the US Troops serving in Afghanistan and explained to them that there will be difficult times ahead and there is a strong possibility that some of them will get hurt or even killed but, their sacrifice will ensure that the citizens of the United States will remain safe on the home front and around the World.
At the end of his speech he felt it necessary to shake the hands of the men and women serving in that unstable country.
