Artis Hughes Aka The Uppercut Bus Driver surrenders to the Authorities today for allegedly uppercutting Shidea Lane who was a passenger on his bus.
According to the Beachwood Police Department, Artis will be charged with Assault for the incident.
Shidea Lane has already filed a lawsuit against the RTA Bus Company.
Mr. Hughes has been suspended without pay pending an investigation.
