Crunchy Black, a former member of Three 6 Mafia was shot in the face according to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department.
Black, who's  real name is Darnell Carlton was shot on July 1, 2012 at 3:30am.
Police said that the shooting will be treated as an attempted murder case and that there are no suspects or motives at this time.
