According to sources close to the situation and the Austin Police Department, a man and woman riding a moped was struck and killed by a drunk driver, the driver also injured 23 others while allegedly trying to flee from the police.

The suspect has been charged with two counts of murder and 23 counts of aggravated vehicular assault.

The incident took place in front of the Mohawk club.
