According to the New York City Police Department, Trey Songz who real name is Tremaine Neverson was arrested a few months ago for allegedly throwing money (Making it Rain) at a woman inside the Club.
The woman said the money hit her in the eye and caused her a lot of pain.
This may cause a big problem for strippers in the future.
Trey Songz is due back in court in February.
