According to Russell Simmons, he said that the Homeless people in New York City are basically Fu#ked after Hurricane Sandy Hit the Big Apple.
Russell said he likes Mayor Bloomberg but, felt he did a  crappy job when it came to providing a real solution to the Homeless problem.
