According to TMZ and other sources close to the situation, Pop Singer Usher was allegedly speeding down Sunset Blvd at 2am. 

The LA County Sheriff eventually caught up with the singer and asked him a couple of questions, before you knew it the two of them were in Rock & Reilly Pub taking pictures together.

Nice to be a celebrity these days wouldn't say!
