15 year old Hadiya Pendlieton who danced at President Obama's 2013 Inauguration was Killed in the streets of Chicago. 

She was Shot and Killed by an unidentified man who jumped over a fence and Shot in her direction while she was standing under a shelter with her friends. 

The case is currently under investigation by the Chicago Police Department.
