According to Court Documents, Oscar Alfaro and his Wife has filed a Lawsuit against William Shatner claiming that they were both harassed by the Actor.
Oscar is claiming that the harassment started when he got hurt doing his job and refused to sign a waverer releasing William from any financial Responsibility.
